Enjoy a morning of group rides, workshops, & personalized demo experience with the Virginia Key Outdoor Center. VKOC's main goal is to help girls and women develop their mountain biking skills and have fun, doing so allows us to teach them how to face fears, believe in themselves and think positively instead of with fear.
Our experienced instructors use a progressive approach to skills building to ensure that each new skill is perfected before we add the next level of complexity. Feedback is given on a group and individual basis by your instructors. We usually run courses with small groups of students with a ratio of 3-6 riders to each instructor; although some more advanced courses and workshops are restricted to a maximum of four or five students per instructor.
From Beginners to advance riders looking to level up their ride, this clinic is suitable for all skill sets. Please view the dates listed above for designated difficulty level.
